My son organised the sign-up for me whilst I was having surgery so I couldn't get started right away. The SMS Broadcast team were patient with my timing and allowed me to start up later then when I didn't quite understand the special promo deal of the cheaper price, I had extra time to change my quota to get the extra discount on more sms's. The team were helpful and courteous and understanding.
