After signing up to use SMS there were two things that impressed me. The first the user page for a first time user was simple and clear to use. the second thing that shortly after I had signed up I received a phone call asking me did I have any concerns or did I need assistance with setting up my data. This is excellent Customer service and therefore have recommended it to all my friends.
