SMS Broadcast was very easy to sign up for and just as simple to use! Direct marketing costs are minimal - my only hope for an improvement would be that we can have our display name lengthened when sending texts as opposed to only 11 characters for the business name - abbreviations are a pet hate of mine, so that could just be me being picky!
