I have around 2,000 staff in Australia. We used this service recently to advise staff about office closures due to the Australian bushfire crisis we have just experienced. The service is intuitive and user friendly, I was able to quickly send the SMS's without needing to sit down and read the instructions. I think the only other thing I would like to see would be some enhanced reporting and more flexibility around importing address books.
