I wanted a Barbour tartan scarf and found the lambs wool version on Smyth's website at a great price. Ordering was straightforward and quickly acknowledged, as was the despatch notice (postage was free). I received the item a few days later complete with a handwritten thank you note ( a great personal touch). The scarf was just what I wanted. I was so pleased I ordered a second as a present. Great, efficient service.
