The food is VERY good and affordable -- which is great! The customer service has gotten worse since I've been a customer. My last two emails were never returned, and the time before that, it took the better part of a week to get a response. I wish the portion sizes were slightly bigger -- I often feel a little hungry afterwards. I also wish there was slightly more selection, especially in the most healthy meals, including chicken-based dishes and protein-heavy dishes. All that said, I've subscribed to three different meal delivery services in the based two years, and this is by far the best.
