“I love that the meals are delicious and low calorie, of which you cannot find both anywhere else in one. I tried so many other meal delivery services and always come back to this one.”

“I have tried three bowls from them and generally have been super happy with what I got. I have tried the buffalo chicken bowl, bison burger bowl and the salmon teriyaki bowl. I LOVE salmon and I'm so disappointed in this bowl. The salmon had zero flavor and the vegetables were honestly really gross that came with it. I got all these bowls from Misfit Market and froze them right after receiving them which both Snap and Misfit says you can do with them so it's not like I did something I shouldn't have with this bowl. I didn't finish the salmon bowl because the broccoli tasted rancid and as I said above the fish was disappointing. Just something to think about if you really like fish! The other bowls however were really good and I would 100% reorder those.”

“I recently ordered 12 meals but the delivery was a couple of days late. The gel packet had dissolved but the first meal was excellent but delivered on 9/9/2022 and was consumed by 9/11/2022 which was impossible to finish the 11 meals. The company credited my account and will try one more time.”

“I will say the food for snap kitchen is very good. However, this company does not care about how it deals with its customers. A “glitch” on their end allowed a promo code to be applied, then on my following orders (where the code was to be applicable) was the. Removed and I was charged more. When I contacted customer service they refused to honor what was the price they had billed my on my original order. Then, they waited until I cancelled my subscription to “try” and offer a new promo code. The mangers don’t care, nor do they try to make the situation right….. Additionally, expect when your food gets delivered to have the packaging dripping, as the lids frequently do not stay on, so there will be drips all over your meals. Save your hard earned money and use a different service. The food is good, but not that good.”

“These meals were totally disgusting. The chicken & broccoli had dried chicken pieces and hardly any broccoli. The other meals were just as bad. I only had one weeks delivery and cancelled all future deliveries and closed my acct. not once did the person who cancelled my acct never asked why, leaving me to think this happens allot. I’m sorry I can’t recommend this company’s food, but it definitely NOT only worth the $$$, they are NOT good tasting either.”

“I First shipment was delayed. Also the food was not refrigerated properly. Everything it was packed in was warm and melted. I asked about the with customer service twice before placing and order and they assured me it would be packed properly. Now no one from Snap will respond to my emails with photos. It’s been two days. DO NOT USE THEM!!”

“I haven’t had an opportunity to share yet because my first order of food never showed up and I haven’t received my second order yet. I will post when I get a chance to enjoy the food being sent. My delivery never left the delivery company.”

“Of the 2 shipments I was supposed to receive, neither one came on time. Actually the 1st order actually came over a week later. I realize this is due to the shipping company On-Trac but no one at Snap Kitchen went above & beyond to take care of me and do anything to make me happy. I had to demand to be refunded, which I still have not received. Pretty disappointed so far.”

“This is the only meal delivery service that I have used for multiple weeks and I’m looking forward to my next shipment already. The flavors are awesome the sauce is come on the side so you can decide if you want to used it or not they only take a minute and a half to heat up end it helps me with my portion size. Because everything is so flavorful you don’t feel like you need to over eat. The only drawback is that because they are so fresh You only have four days from delivery date to consume them.”

“The meals are so fresh and delicious. After some heart problems I was out on a heart healthy diet and these meals make it so easy to stay on it. My husband is not on a special diet and also loves having one every night for dinner!”

“We just started and received one weeks worth. Food is good, but Second delivery never made it here. Realize you have no control of the shipment once it leave, however, timely delivery is part of the overall experience. We’ll see what happens this week”

“Our family loves the Snap Kitchen. My daughter looks forward to her lunch box each day of snap kitchen food at school. Also I am very please with the customer support. They responded back to my email very quickly and solved my issue very efficiently. I am a happy customer!”
