“I like everything so far need more variety in KETO and bring back tri tip”

“Bare naked chicken & steak were delicious. Paired with the cauliflower & green beans made the meal perfect. Meals shared with family and they enjoyed as well. Couple of issues one of the meals with chicken was a little to salty and expiration date short. With that said i will order meals again.”

“My husband and I for the most part have really enjoyed these meals. They have been a lifesaver since my surgery which left me no weight bearing. My oldest son is not a fan. He says they are way too salty. I agreed. Upon investigation I noticed that quite a few of your meals are in the 900-1000+ range for sodium. Way too high. Maybe use coconut aminos or take away the added salt if the ingredients themselves are already salty. At this point we are no longer sustainable with this meal plan. I do quite enjoy the gluten free meals since I have Celiac but I should watch my total body including my heart too!”

“I really love the quality of the food and flavors. They do a great job with the combinations. The only thing that seems unorganized is their notice about upcoming meal and charges. Too short notice. Also they are too heavy on the chilli pepper seasoning. A lot of their dishes are spicy but the titles of the meals don’t say anything about it being spicy. So I’m not a fan of this. They should go lighter on all the seasoning as some are very over powering but overall delicious.”

“Snap Kitchen meals are tasty and very convenient. However, I do wish there was a way to order fewer meals per week or have them delivered on a Monday (preferably early) since I eat them during the week and have less need for them on the weekends.”

“I have been searching for a reasonably priced, tasty, healthy, local food option for my family. When both parents are working it becomes a challenge cooking every night. Snap kitchen gave us healthy and delicious meals that I can take for lunch at the office and have on hand for our dinner. They are the leverage this family needs.”

“Great packaging and tasty imaginative meals!! My folks are enjoying rating & eating the dishes. Perhaps another box to them before they will make a decision as to proceed or not. My siblings and I are hopeful as food would really help them out. Well done!”

“The food is excellent. Very happy with it so far! What I don't love? The boxes of 12 meals are way too heavy. I am 65 and cannot lift the boxes -- they seem to be 50lb or more!”

“We have been absolutely loving our Snap Kitchen order; however a few minor notes. 1. When we edit our meals the past couple weeks, it has taken away all of our discounts. So we lost out on several weeks where we were suppose to get $20 off each order. 2. It would be great if the menu showcased how many days/expiration dates for each meal is intended. We ended up with tons of meals delivered Friday that had to be eaten by Tuesday, with barely any for the end of the week. As my husband and I use this service to ensure we both have lunch throughout the week; it was disappointing.”

“Reliable Wednesday deliveries, well packaged box and meals, Good eating. Good web site. Selection is limited and steak is much too grisly. Prefer lower carbs and higher protein. Price is good (with discount).”

“The delivery could be better. The boxes I received have been sideways, upside down. Had another delivery service and the sent notifications when the boxes were sent. Package could be tracked and you could see when the box was delivered. That way the package does not sit all day and the ice melts.Thank you”

“I love Snap Kitchen, but I have some important suggestions. Suggested improvements for website: -make more user friendly -allow planning for several weeks ahead -show in account details the credit applied from late deliveries -allow changing of weekly meal count Packaging: Insulate the full interior of the box, so that heat doesn't warm up the sides of the meals during shipping. Shipping carrier: Consider to using alternatives to UPS. Such as FexEx. Every shipment Ive ever received since joining snapkitchen has been 4 or 5 days in transit before arriving”

“The taste is really good when you have access/time to make In the oven. I seem to always have issues with the packaging. The meals shift in the box and the adhesive edges get all saucey and break open. I usually end up tossing at least one meal. Which is super expensive and wasteful.”

“The food is delicious. The downside for me is 1) that delivery is limited to Friday / Tuesday when Sunday or Monday would really be optimal and that 2) there are only 2 meal sizes. I have extras for a Tuesday delivery but not enough if I do the smaller order.”
