I love the food! Most meals we have had are super tasty. Wish there was more keto or low carb options, but having everything be gluten free is amazing! I wish also the box wasn’t on its side when it is delivered.

The food quality is high with a solid variety of choice. The flavors vary from spicy to complex and truly provide a fresh experience. The only reason I marked as 4 star is due to shipping. The dates have changed and a lot of times the packaging shifts and some leaks happen.

The meals stay nice & fresh and are actually super tasty .... I never feel the need to add extra seasoning or sauce! The best tasting meal delivery I've tried out of a few so far. The meals are also satiating and nutritious meals

So far I’ve like the meals that I’ve chosen and it’s really helped me to stop eating out so much. I do wish there were more paleo options as a good portion of the meals come with rice. Maybe some sweet potato’s or just more veggies?

Great flavors - really tasty. Hoping for more menu items as it’s quite limited compared to other meal providers (the menu doesn’t change much)

Overall, I've been very pleased with the Snap Kitchen meals. First of all, they are the first prepared meal service that has non-geriatric low sodium meals. I can always find something around 500mg or less in the Whole 30 category. The proteins are high quality and most of the meals are very filling. I find the protein/veg combination portions to be more generous and satisfying than the bowls. The meals are really tasty. My favorite was the Bison Shepherd's Pie which rivaled our local Irish pub. If you are parsing out the meals over the course of a week, you will definitely need to freeze some. In my first week's delivery, one of the meals was spoiled when I went to eat it on the deadline day. I've since started keeping 3 in the fridge and freezing 3 (just move from freezer to fridge the night before). The website is so easy to use. Email reminders are great. Customer service is excellent. I reported the issue with my meal and made some comments about the meager chicken tenders and got a quick and very satisfactory response. The only question I have is whether I will get bored with the meals over time. There aren't a lot of choices that meet my sodium limitations, so we'll have to see how palatable the meals seem after several weeks. But overall, having these delivered meals has improved my nutrition and greatly removed stress. (It's a snap!)

The meals are great quality and so tasty! I love that I can choose what I get each week and that the menu gets refreshed occasionally. The only thing I wish is that some of the toppings (i.e. cheese) that can be food sensitivity issues for some (like me) were packaged separately so even more of the menu could be available for me to enjoy!

The food is delicious. However, the delivery process is inconsistent. Only a handful of times has the food actually arrived on its projected delivery date.

Food has been on point (in oven only). Only recommendation would be for them to put the oven instructions on each meal just like they do for microwave instructions. Annoying to have to go through the app or site to find. Not convenient since they all have different time limits.

Meals and customer service are great. We’ve had some shipping/packing issues. Some have been the fault of UPS. Multiple meals in every shipment are not sealed well and leak, which causes a mess and concern for the freshness of the meals.

Customer service is great! My complaints are that the chicken is usually very fatty to the point where I can’t stomach to eat it, then I wish there were more options for meals with more fresh vegetables, lastly, a majority of the meals contain very high amounts of sugar and sodium so I am very limited to what I can order. Hope these can be addressed soon or I may have to cancel my subscription.

Salmon portions have become smaller and smaller.

The food so far has been great! Most pre made food delivery services taste like cafeteria food but everything tastes so fresh! Something I would love is more options of meals and an expanded menu

The meals always taste good. Delivery is always on time. But food arrives damaged, leaking in every shipment. Not enough to make inedible, but messy and damaged is not what Im paying for. The ice packets are also cumbersome to get rid of since the preferred disposal method has changed. Can't put the insides anywhere convenient now and they are super heavy in the trash

Food is great and customer service is too. However I feel like there’s a gap of like 3 weeks between when you pull items off the menu and when I can get the new items, which cuts down on my potential variety

The food is super yummy and so easy! I'm looking forward to when they add more vegetarian options.

Most of the dishes are really very good. The chicken, fish and turkey are especially good. The steak items aren't great I think just because the steak is well done and probably not the greatest cut, but I'll just avoid those and stick to the others. The only other picayune thing is that the kale isn't de-ribbed before being chopped, and that kind of makes eating it a bit of a chore. I'd honestly add a couple breakfast items on if there was something other than just pancakes. But so far, I'm really impressed and glad I subscribed. :)

We have been very happy with our 2 out of 4 weeks of Snap Kitchen dinners so far. We chose Snap over others because of the dietary choices, macros and the recipes. Everything has been delicious & satisfying. The only teeny tiny flaw would be that by the time they reach us, the containers look like the box they're in has been flying around the truck or it's been thrown around a few times - every meal is all mixed up & oftentimes the food has leaked out of a top that popped off on a corner. Not a huge deal but they just don't look as nice anymore when you open them to warm, not to mention cooked food that isn't sealed properly starts the "already cooked food time limit" clock. Definitely not a reason to end a subscription but figured it was worth noting.
