I have tried three bowls from them and generally have been super happy with what I got. I have tried the buffalo chicken bowl, bison burger bowl and the salmon teriyaki bowl. I LOVE salmon and I'm so disappointed in this bowl. The salmon had zero flavor and the vegetables were honestly really gross that came with it. I got all these bowls from Misfit Market and froze them right after receiving them which both Snap and Misfit says you can do with them so it's not like I did something I shouldn't have with this bowl. I didn't finish the salmon bowl because the broccoli tasted rancid and as I said above the fish was disappointing. Just something to think about if you really like fish! The other bowls however were really good and I would 100% reorder those.

Some meals have been bland; the deliveries are up to 2 days last the past two weeks. They are scheduled to arrive Sunday.

The salmon and beef dishes have been way too peppery for me. Haven't been able to try all of the dishes I've ordered yet, but the chicken tinga was good.

We just started and received one weeks worth. Food is good, but Second delivery never made it here. Realize you have no control of the shipment once it leave, however, timely delivery is part of the overall experience. We’ll see what happens this week

A little too expensive for the food quality. If the price were lower that would make me want to buy more food from yall. Currently, considering switching over to freshly as an alternative option.

I will start by saying the food is absolutely fantastic! My wife has celiacs disease so being able to have a service that is 100% gluten-free and tasty is amazing. There is a big issue with how user-friendly the system is, and meals showing up in a timely manner. I would make sure to NEVER order the meals on Saturday because it is a given that the meals will not show up on time (or at all). I have only been signed up for a couple of boxes and I have already had two that I have had to throw away and receive a refund on.

I haven’t been able to enjoy the meals as they have been delivered days late both times. While it may be the carriers fault, I do think boxes could be shipped out earlier to accommodate this issue. I am going to see how this delivery goes but if it is not on time, I will need to cancel

I like the convenience of having meals ready-made for me. I just wish that the expiration date wasn't so close to when I receive them--about 70% of my 12 meal order expires within three days of delivery.

The food is great and I love the variety, but Thursday deliveries don't work for me. Probably going to cancel and get something that will deliver on Sunday or Monday so I'm set at the beginning of the week instead of the end.

I’m new and only have two boxes ( one box never arrived) to judge by, but so far I’m still on the fence. Most entrees have been fulling and delicious. I will stay away from future steak entrees as I found them tough and tasteless beef. Both shipments had at least one entree where the corner of the container was busted and food content had spilled out. The one shipment that never arrived, I was told was because of the “shipping partner” was at fault. That was disappointing but account was credited. I’ll decide if going to stay or not after my next box.

Ups delivered over a day late 2nd time, rendering food inedible. 6ou need to actually mark your packages as "refrigerate" and tell them to stop delivering at the absolute last minute of the entire day!

I love that all of the meals are gluten free and the variety is good, but the quality suffers on occasion. I was compensated for the 3 meals that were unacceptable, but the fact that the meals were not edible when they were planned on for dinner was very disappointing. One was extremely over spiced and two chicken dinners were raw on the inside.

First order included wrong menu items (I was compensated, happy with resolution) and I know this isn’t necessarily your fault but last delivery arrived upside down and Mac and cheese was all over chicken tenders.

The food was always really good, just wish there were more frequent menu changes. The lower star rating is due to the delivery issues I experienced. The first order I received, the box was open when it was delivered. We had a few late deliveries as well with no notice, like next day late. I found out by reaching out to them to ask where it was. Lastly there were some shipments that had meals I didn’t order and ones missing that I did order. Not the biggest deal, but with some food sensitivities it makes it difficult. Ended up canceling my subscription because I found a comparable company nearby that I could pick up the orders which helps to avoid the issues we experienced with snap.

Very good food but doesn't arrive on time sometimes 2 days late. Consume by dates are too short. I received a package on 4/27 and the consume by date was 4/29.
