These meals were totally disgusting. The chicken & broccoli had dried chicken pieces and hardly any broccoli. The other meals were just as bad. I only had one weeks delivery and cancelled all future deliveries and closed my acct. not once did the person who cancelled my acct never asked why, leaving me to think this happens allot. I’m sorry I can’t recommend this company’s food, but it definitely NOT only worth the $$$, they are NOT good tasting either.

Of the 2 shipments I was supposed to receive, neither one came on time. Actually the 1st order actually came over a week later. I realize this is due to the shipping company On-Trac but no one at Snap Kitchen went above & beyond to take care of me and do anything to make me happy. I had to demand to be refunded, which I still have not received. Pretty disappointed so far.

I'm a brand-new customer, have only received one order and I've already had three issues. My first delivery never showed up. I had to follow up and eventually I was credited and given a free order. Next, when my order was finally processed, the right credit wasn't applied (the "free" order from the previous week) so I had to email about that too. It was resolved. Finally, when I received my first shipment, 4 of the meals were missing. I had to email about that too. The odd thing is that I sent an email immediately that day (Saturday) and no one replied. I sent a follow up email on Wednesday and finally received a response on Friday (almost a week later). I was told the usual way to handle this was to send a copy of the packing list and the incorrect items. I agree with this approach if something was incorrectly sent to me, but I have 4 missing meals. How do I take a picture of 4 missing meals? Luckily, this was resolved appropriately as well and I have been told I will receive a credit for the missing meals. The bad news is that this has all happened as I just started using the meal delivery and all within less than 2 weeks. To be honest I'm a little nervous about my meal delivery today. Not sure what to expect. On a good note, the resolution has always been appropriate in my mind, just sometimes not very timely.

The meals are tasty. I wish the menu were more varied as I eat 12 meals/week. Would like to see more vegetables/fruit. The delivery though has some area for improvement. It seems the box arrives later and later each week and this week, delivery won’t even be here on my delivery day. This is very inconvenient as I must be here to receive order and put away food. I would have appreciated a heads-up so I could have planned for this delay. Last week, the box was smashed - as well as one of the meals - but I kept it.

Food is great, delivery is totally unreliable. Very disappointing. My first order was delivered after 11pm and the second never made it. Waiting on the 3rd, and probably final, try.

I was unhappy about hat my shipment was supposed to come on Saturday didn’t come until Sunday. Also the miso salmon had bones in it

My in store experience has been substantially better than my delivery. The food's expiration date is typically the Wednesday or Thursday before my Saturday delivery. Also the food quality is much much better in-store. I'd also like the option to add snacks to my meal. I miss the Almond Butter Pancakes a la carte

Convenient and not too many calories. But, Beef dishes are usually tough and things made with chicken are usually thigh meat - yuck.

I like the meals they are very convenient but they don't give you enough time to change your order for the next week. I'm very disappointed that I've gotten the same order fir the last 3 weeks.

Honestly I prefer Territory foods much more. The sauces in Snap Kitchen tend to mix together in transit and often leak out into the box and all over the containers as well. I've gotten about 6 or 7 shipments and they are all the same. The packaging needs to be better and I'm not sure what they can do about the mac and cheese getting all over everything else in the containers. The boxes aren't clearly marked as perishable or "this end up" so I believe they are prioritized by Fed Ex and they are thrown around a lot in transit which could also lead to the leaking. Also the chicken is often rubbery and not edible. The customer support is super nice and supportive. I just wish the quality and packaging was better.
