Food was not good. The Summer Cole Slaw was inedible. Won't be back.

I recently ordered 12 meals but the delivery was a couple of days late. The gel packet had dissolved but the first meal was excellent but delivered on 9/9/2022 and was consumed by 9/11/2022 which was impossible to finish the 11 meals. The company credited my account and will try one more time.

I will say the food for snap kitchen is very good. However, this company does not care about how it deals with its customers. A “glitch” on their end allowed a promo code to be applied, then on my following orders (where the code was to be applicable) was the. Removed and I was charged more. When I contacted customer service they refused to honor what was the price they had billed my on my original order. Then, they waited until I cancelled my subscription to “try” and offer a new promo code. The mangers don’t care, nor do they try to make the situation right….. Additionally, expect when your food gets delivered to have the packaging dripping, as the lids frequently do not stay on, so there will be drips all over your meals. Save your hard earned money and use a different service. The food is good, but not that good.

I First shipment was delayed. Also the food was not refrigerated properly. Everything it was packed in was warm and melted. I asked about the with customer service twice before placing and order and they assured me it would be packed properly. Now no one from Snap will respond to my emails with photos. It’s been two days. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I have only been subscribed for three weeks, the first two weeks were delivered on time. I am seeking a refund for the third week since I still have not received it and it was supposed to be delivered three days ago.

Nothing right now. You apparently don’t respond to emails or phone messages left on your customer service line after not shipping an order for which you have been paid

I did not receive my shipment last week. I contacted Snap kitchen about that and with a question about if I can switch my membership from a delivery service to pickup. I have not heard back about either issue.

My order never showed up. The courier rescheduled the delivery 3 times and then said it was delivered, but it wasn't.

Very poor. One of the worst customer service departments of any company. Every time I have an issue you disappear. I sent 4 emails recently trying to get in touch for my credit that you owe me yet never apply to my orders. I am cancelling my account and will just be charging you back since you refuse to respond or credit my account.

Went for the subscription box and it was never delivered. Contacted customer service and while they credited my account, they sent me the same shipping link I already had. Food never came. So I called a couple days later and was told my food wouldn’t be coming at all. Reliability is a huge factor when customers are budgeting for groceries and factor in the insane meal prices only to not have any food delivered.
