I’ve had 2 deliveries so far. 1st one the ice packs had melted and the actual meals were leaking out of their containers. It was a mess. Received a $40 coupon for future orders despite that one being over $100. 2nd order, all ice packs were melted and actually LEAKING the ice pack goo through the box. The meals also were broken up/ looked tossed around. I sent photos of this 2nd order and they were completely disregarded. I should’ve received a full refund. All of these issues would be remedied if you FROZE YOUR MEALS like the vast majority of other delivery companies do, obviously for many good reasons. Including allowing customers to thaw a few meals at a time as needbe. If I’m experiencing these issues before we’ve even reached the summer months I have little hope that I’ll be be able to continue with this company. Provide atleast the option to RECEIVE MEALS FROZEN.

The foods good but it arrives with only 3 days before it expires on 10 of the 12 meals. Yes, I could probably eat all 10 in 3 days but that's not how it's supposed to work. Customer service will not respond to my emails.

I have had at least 5 weeks worth of meals with delayed delivery that had to be thrown away, very disappointing

Your shipping service is not acceptable. 2 weeks of meals getting loat yet yall are quick to take my money. Your service reps are jaded, uncaring and robotic. I choose your service because I'm diabetic. It's not reliable. We had 2, 12 meal plans but had to cancel. Very upset.

No guarantee you will get what you ordered. Website is unreliable. No phone support to resolve issues immediately. Only email. Food is good.

My experience has been awful lately. I have not had my meals in over a month. Each week they just refund what was paid, but there is nothing extra done for the inconvenience.
