I’ve had 2 deliveries so far.
1st one the ice packs had melted and the actual meals were leaking out of their containers. It was a mess. Received a $40 coupon for future orders despite that one being over $100.
2nd order, all ice packs were melted and actually LEAKING the ice pack goo through the box. The meals also were broken up/ looked tossed around.
I sent photos of this 2nd order and they were completely disregarded. I should’ve received a full refund.
All of these issues would be remedied if you FROZE YOUR MEALS like the vast majority of other delivery companies do, obviously for many good reasons. Including allowing customers to thaw a few meals at a time as needbe.
If I’m experiencing these issues before we’ve even reached the summer months I have little hope that I’ll be be able to continue with this company. Provide atleast the option to RECEIVE MEALS FROZEN.
