First shipment was delayed. Also the food was not refrigerated properly. Everything it was packed in was warm and melted. I asked about the with customer service twice before placing and order and they assured me it would be packed properly. Now no one from Snap will respond to my emails with photos. It’s been two days. DO NOT USE THEM!!
