The food was always really good, just wish there were more frequent menu changes. The lower star rating is due to the delivery issues I experienced. The first order I received, the box was open when it was delivered. We had a few late deliveries as well with no notice, like next day late. I found out by reaching out to them to ask where it was. Lastly there were some shipments that had meals I didn’t order and ones missing that I did order. Not the biggest deal, but with some food sensitivities it makes it difficult. Ended up canceling my subscription because I found a comparable company nearby that I could pick up the orders which helps to avoid the issues we experienced with snap.
