Even if I don’t microwave it, and eat it cold, it’s really dry. When I ordered meals with chicken, the menu didn’t say if it was light or dark meat.

The food is really good, I like the menu selection each week. Portions are good but not too big which has helped me lose weight and stay on track. My only complaint is the shipping, particularly if your are unfortunate enough to have your meals delivered through Ontrac. Deliveries are repeatedly late, and occasionally not delivered at all (they discard it because their are so late that it "expires" along the way). As you can imagine this is very disruptive when doing meal planning when your meals do not arrive. Food is really great, if it gets here.

It’s very average food. I do like it, it’s simple and easy. I wish it was a little cheaper as I don’t think each meal is worth as much as it says. But overall it’s decent.

Food is good but not as customizable as claimed. The option to skip a week isn’t there any more.

The food has been decent, but vegetarian options would be great. I've had 2 issues so far that may make me abandon Snap: (1) if you signed up via the website you can't use the app, and (2) I never get tracking updates to show me when the order has been delivered.

The food is definitely tasty and I enjoy eating it. However the packaging, delivery and how it looks is subpar. And sometimes the portions are variable.

Meals are good when they deliver the right ones to you. Second time now we were suppose to get specific meal, which is listed correctly on the goods receipts) but incorrectly filled by someone.

Been a little disappointed with the meals this time around. I used snap kitchen before and enjoyed the meals plus never had issues with the meals leaking during shipment. This time around I haven’t been as excited with the meals. Some are a bit spicier than I remember and The salmon I received this week tasted off and seemed less cooked than the week prior. Giving it one more week with some different meals to see if that makes a difference and how they arrive.

Packaging leaks. Meals appear to be a lot smaller than last year. The chicken tenders were the size of my thumb, isn't even enough for a child. Why aren't there more options for my location?

The food is delicious, better than any meal plan I’ve had. However, each week is a surprise on how the food comes packaged. A lot of the time there is cracks in 1-2 of the meals. The food also sometimes leaks out of the top of the containers, I wish there was a better way to keep it a little cleaner.

Like the convenience. Would love to see lower sodium options. The focus on carbs/cals/fat is helpful but if all of those macros are low but the meal is 800mg+ sodium it's not a truly healthy option - especially for some needing to watch their intake. I've often come across meals that I want to try but then see that they're as high as 1100mg sodium. As a result my options are limited and can get monotonous. That's why I often skip weeks.

I enjoy the convenience but have tried numerous times and follow the advice I was given,to change my meals each week. The changes show up.I press save, but when the meals come it never changes from the one I got a month ago.A few of the meals i keep being sent are not good for me.
