I will start by saying the food is absolutely fantastic! My wife has celiacs disease so being able to have a service that is 100% gluten-free and tasty is amazing.
There is a big issue with how user-friendly the system is, and meals showing up in a timely manner. I would make sure to NEVER order the meals on Saturday because it is a given that the meals will not show up on time (or at all). I have only been signed up for a couple of boxes and I have already had two that I have had to throw away and receive a refund on.
