“The food is very good but just need a little more variety in the Whole 30 portion. I love the fact that you delivery on Mondays so I can have my meals all planned out for the week.”

“Great food, loved everything so far! The only issue is we’ve had food delivered late and it was spoiled. I know this is a shopping issue, but I feel terrible about the wasted food and we didn’t get to enjoy an order we’d planned on.”

“To be honest with you, I have been very nice surprised about Snap Kitchen meals. All the meals from Keto diet have been delicious. Highly recommended them to my friends.”

“The delivery could be better. The boxes I received have been sideways, upside down. Had another delivery service and the sent notifications when the boxes were sent. Package could be tracked and you could see when the box was delivered. That way the package does not sit all day and the ice melts.Thank you”

“The site is easy to order. The food is good. I can tell that the meat is good quality. However food does not really match the pictures and choices just a little limited for KETO with not much change. For example the hamburger is more like a thick hockey puck - I am guessing to make it stay moist later when reheating. I love the Bruschetta Chicken dinner...but again the picture does not match and they just plop on 2 or 3 full on cherry tomatoes. Their delivery has been spot on without any difficulties and their customer service is very responsive. If my diet needs were not so limited due to KETO, I am guessing I could enjoy more, because their food is good.”

“I love Snap Kitchen, but I have some important suggestions. Suggested improvements for website: -make more user friendly -allow planning for several weeks ahead -show in account details the credit applied from late deliveries -allow changing of weekly meal count Packaging: Insulate the full interior of the box, so that heat doesn't warm up the sides of the meals during shipping. Shipping carrier: Consider to using alternatives to UPS. Such as FexEx. Every shipment Ive ever received since joining snapkitchen has been 4 or 5 days in transit before arriving”

“The taste is really good when you have access/time to make In the oven. I seem to always have issues with the packaging. The meals shift in the box and the adhesive edges get all saucey and break open. I usually end up tossing at least one meal. Which is super expensive and wasteful.”
