“I’m new and only have two boxes ( one box never arrived) to judge by, but so far I’m still on the fence. Most entrees have been fulling and delicious. I will stay away from future steak entrees as I found them tough and tasteless beef. Both shipments had at least one entree where the corner of the container was busted and food content had spilled out. The one shipment that never arrived, I was told was because of the “shipping partner” was at fault. That was disappointing but account was credited. I’ll decide if going to stay or not after my next box.”

“The meals are tasty. I wish the menu were more varied as I eat 12 meals/week. Would like to see more vegetables/fruit. The delivery though has some area for improvement. It seems the box arrives later and later each week and this week, delivery won’t even be here on my delivery day. This is very inconvenient as I must be here to receive order and put away food. I would have appreciated a heads-up so I could have planned for this delay. Last week, the box was smashed - as well as one of the meals - but I kept it.”

“The food is excellent. Very happy with it so far! What I don't love? The boxes of 12 meals are way too heavy. I am 65 and cannot lift the boxes -- they seem to be 50lb or more!”

“This is a wonderful way to eat healthy. Every meal I have ordered was just delicious. As a single senior citizen living alone this is a great way to eat well without the clean up. I am very glad I found you.”

“I love the menu selections and the overall customer service is wonderful; however, I have had 2 shipments since subscribing and both orders when delivered have been lukewarm, all ice packs completely melted, shipping box delivered to front porch sitting directly in sun for 3 hrs because I was away from house and had no delivery timeframe given other than it would be arriving on the date it was. Most of us have busy lives and don’t sit home all day waiting for deliveries. It would have been respectful to send me a time window fir the delivery, not to mention delivering my order before all ice packs bp melt and some of the order had to be thrown away. Thank you.”

“We have been absolutely loving our Snap Kitchen order; however a few minor notes. 1. When we edit our meals the past couple weeks, it has taken away all of our discounts. So we lost out on several weeks where we were suppose to get $20 off each order. 2. It would be great if the menu showcased how many days/expiration dates for each meal is intended. We ended up with tons of meals delivered Friday that had to be eaten by Tuesday, with barely any for the end of the week. As my husband and I use this service to ensure we both have lunch throughout the week; it was disappointing.”

“Very poor. One of the worst customer service departments of any company. Every time I have an issue you disappear. I sent 4 emails recently trying to get in touch for my credit that you owe me yet never apply to my orders. I am cancelling my account and will just be charging you back since you refuse to respond or credit my account.”

“Reliable Wednesday deliveries, well packaged box and meals, Good eating. Good web site. Selection is limited and steak is much too grisly. Prefer lower carbs and higher protein. Price is good (with discount).”

“To be honest, I was skeptical to try meal delivery. I am so glad I did! The food is outstanding, very tasty. Feels good to know you are getting good food portioned right. Fast food was my go to. Average time to cook is less than 2 minutes, which can’t be beat. Food is delivered properly packaged and refrigerator cold. No one will be disappointed”

“First week's food was delicious (chicken tenders were a little mushy, but we'll airfry or toaster oven next time), but this week: the greens with the almond encrusted salmon were almost nothing but stems. Also the bison shepherd's pie which was delicious last week had pieces of bone in it. So far pretty disappointed in second week.”
