I love the menu selections and the overall customer service is wonderful; however, I have had 2 shipments since subscribing and both orders when delivered have been lukewarm, all ice packs completely melted, shipping box delivered to front porch sitting directly in sun for 3 hrs because I was away from house and had no delivery timeframe given other than it would be arriving on the date it was. Most of us have busy lives and don’t sit home all day waiting for deliveries. It would have been respectful to send me a time window fir the delivery, not to mention delivering my order before all ice packs bp melt and some of the order had to be thrown away. Thank you.
