Bought a set of kitchen knives that I was searching for in the UK. This particular set was not available in UK so I searched for it online and found it on Snapklik, which I never heard of before. In addition reviews were sparse. However, as I really like this set of knives I took the risk and bought it. It was shipped from US via FedEx and I received the item in line with the timeline provided when I ordered it - longer than if I bought it in UK but I was in no rush to get it so was happy to wait. Price-wise, it was unsure to if I bought it from Amazon with small shipping fee from US to UK. Happy to report the knives look great and sharp, look lovely on my kitchen counter.. I am really happy with it and would recommend using Snapklik.com. I didn’t need to use customer service so can’t comment on helpfulness or ease of refunds if needed.
