“Wanted to share. Bought some supplements, a brand which I've consumed for quite some time now and decided to try Snapklik for the first time.
Product arrived. Immediately observed wordings and image print on the labels are blurry and badly printed, including some discolouration. Clearly ddifferent from the ones I've consumed in the past. Bottle cap isn't the usual texture even when mached against the official website for the product.
After informing Snapkilk about the potential unuthentic nature of this product and my request for a refund, it took Snapklik well over a week to come back to me (after numerous reminder emails). Snapkilk maintained the claim that their "supplier" had verified its authenticity (so much for the platform running its own authenticity checks) and as such no refunds will be made. To be clear, their site touts a return policy within 15 days of receipt, which I formally requested on day 1 of 15. I also found their authenticity checks rather lazy (which vendor/supplier will readily admit their products may potentially be unauthentic). They further stated that despite the unopened and still sealed items, no returns can be made for supplements in general (this was not highlighted during my purschase).
Be cautious when purchasing from platforms such as Snapklik, that seem to take little to no accountability for products they advertise and/or curate on their platforms or shirk responsiblity for authenticity checks to third parties, of which the user has no line of sight to.
I am unlikely to use them again after this experience - Please be careful when using the Snapklik platform for your purchase of products.”

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your concern upon receiving packaging that looked different from what you are used to.
To provide some clarity, the manufacturer recently updated their packaging, which is currently reflected on their official website. We recognize that the printing imperfections on this new batch, combined with the new bottle cap, caused some concern. When you raised this issue, we opened an investigation and traced the units from your order back through the manufacturer’s authorized distributor to verify their authenticity. While print quality can vary between production runs, the product itself is authentic, and because of this, your claim did not qualify for an "item not as described" refund.
Regarding the standard return you requested, consumable health products such as supplements are not eligible for returns under our Returns & Cancellations policy (https://snapklik.com/help/returns-cancellations/5RPliW7bTqmHIPDPpLJ1BE) due to health and safety requirements.
