Fast service but disappointing use by date on such a large quantity of tablets I doubt I will purchase again from your site

Didn't receive my item even with it saying delivered by FedEx. I don't have time to order another one as my son needed it for next week. 9/3/26

The package was delivered at 7.50am which was an hour earlier than we’d been notified, and woke us up - would have preferred after 8am at least.

The item arrived but had the face art items missing which means it's just plain white. Delivery was quick, just very disappointed that the different design face plates were missing.

Disappointed with delivery of products, one of the boxes was quite damaged and soaked by the product leaking out. Can see a bit of the product has been lost/wasted.

Im quite shocked actually as you say this product is from Germany and yet i receive it and the box clearly said made in China. You buy from Germany you expect the product is made in Germany.

Product looks good except for the fact that it is missing the pivot pin (mtpivotpin/EDI-33127) and the handle pin (mthandlepin/EDI-33128). I will need those shipped to me for the product to be be viable, thank you.

Well let me just say I have to read before I purchase things , 2 booms for 35$ then delivery and duty and taxes, Paid about $62 and change , never again . Feel like such a sucker , hope it’s good .

The items received were different flavours to what were ordered. That aside product might habe been substituted for similar to what was ordered. Just disapointed in the lack of flavours i was sent. Cherry and strawberry , and normal were not flavours i ordered...

Good delivery time for an overseas (UK) address. Packaging was very poor. Box was not strong enough for the contents and did not ship well. Parts were hanging out of the box and courier had to apply additional wrapping tape to just deliver. Waiting on customer support feedback
