“Initially excellent. Item arrived on time and apparently in good condition, shipping packaging and outer box immaculate. There was unfortunately damage to one of the tile racks inside. Initially a good response from customer support but then radio silence after I sent requested images. An email follow up the next day illicited no response whatsoever. I reached out another week later to an initially promising response but when I responded to an offer to arrange a free return for replacement or refund with a query, again cessation of contact. I'm left with a damaged product and seemingly no way to reach a conclusion via email with them. Would not choose to order from them again. In any case, even if they had arranged a free return I'll be left arranging suitable packaging as the Fed Ex bubble wrap bag it came wrapped in had to be cut off. Given the time spent emailing I can't be bothered to waste anymore time on them.”
