I'm sorry to hear about this concern. I see that the manufacturer sends these decals folded and that the label that was included is a packing slip for the order, not a return label. The fold should not be visible once the decal has been applied, but if you are not pleased with the order and would like to set up a return, please email us at support@snapklik.com so that we can help set that up for you.
