“Received package with minimal packing material two this sheets of foam with a piece of ridged cardboard partially filling the box with two additional thin sheets of brown paper. All 6 graphite rods were received shattered and unusable. Very displeased with the minimum effort to try and protect such delicate materials.”

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. I see that this was packaged with a combination of foam, paper dunnage, and cardboard inserts and it is unfortunate that this was not sufficient for the graphite rods to arrive safely. I see that to resolve this we set up a return, which has already been completed and a refund issued. I hope we'll have a chance to serve you successfully another time soon.
