I made a very big and expensive order pre-Christmas. I got the email from PayFast to say that the money had gone through -- but not a word of acknowledgement from Snatcher to say that my order or payment had been received. This is very poor form for an on-line company! So now we are at the end of December and I have repeatedly tried to get hold of them but to no avail ... they don't answer their phone - just put me onto music-hold and then cut that off after a few minutes! How do I get hold of you Snatcher to fine out about my order??? Please contact me asap. MY order # is 15682996994207. If I don't hear from you soon, I will take you to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman.
