Worst service ever! I would not recommend them to anybody. I've ordered a hover board from them for my son's bday. They delivered the incorrect item and it was faulty. Now they want to repair the board despite the fact that it is not what I've ordered. According to Andile from Snatcher, the public is not supposed to rely on the pictures, prices and specifications published on their website as that is the responsibility of the suppliers to ensure that such info is correct. They are misleading the public. She further indicated to me that it was my responsibility to not rely on the specifications listed but that I was supposed to do my own research!! This is in huge contravention of sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. They hardly respond to e-mails and you struggle for hours to get hold of someone telephonically. I still wait for Andile's manager to call me back. I need my money back in order for me to buy my son another present. I don't want it to be repaired as I did not break it - I have received it faulty. I will escalate this matter. My no is 082 775 9719, but I know by now that nobody will call me back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS - THEY ARE DEFINATELY NOT TAKEALOT OR ONEDAYONLY!!!!
