Snatcher are the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER! They have advertised shirts which on their website just to find out after paying over a R1000 that didn't have the sizes I have ordered. Payment was made on the 8th of February 2021. By the 15th no parcel received. After many mails and phonecalls, they responded that they didn't have the items I purchased. After more than 14 mails a false promise was made that my money will be refunded into my account. That was promised on the 26 of February 2021. Today is the 1st of March 2021 and still no refund. Bhohale which is apparently the customs service representative just keep sending mails stating that "your bank details have been send to our accounting department" who is WHO EVER NOT DOING THEIR JOB!! NEVER EVER WILL I EVEN THINK OF PURCHASING FROM SNATCHERS WHO JUST STEAL MONEY FROM THE PUBLIC WHO WORK HARD AND TRUSTED SNATCHERS. THIEFS THIEFS THIEFS Violation of Act 14!!!
