I placed 2 orders on the same day with Snatcher. Only one order was delivered. the 2nd order showed 'fulfilled' I had to follow up until something happened. You sit with a sick feeling in your stomach not knowing if you will ever see the order! The response I got on my first query was 'your order is in transit'. Where to? and when will it arrive!! That is what I wanted to know! The delivery arrived yesterday, but I never managed to get it into the house as the driver left before I could get to the front door!! He was at the door for about 40 seconds!! And where Snatcher says Fast n Furious do your delivery, they don't. It is some unprofessional person in his personal car. Which I don't have a problem with but he needs to be professional!! Today my order arrived! I broke out in dance!! Well that was a horrid experience and I will not use this online service again as they are below the mark!
