I do agree its frustrate us if were left in the dark! No actaully tracking number or email, You dont know when you will get it! The promising date when it will be deliverd is a Big fat lie, but your stuff will be delivered if your patienced i do recommend give them 14 days then email them, they do response after a while. . JUST REMEMBER DONT BUY ANY ELECTRICAL STUFF! This is a China Warehouse, its like a Fake gucci, it looks so real so awesome picture when it arrived its a joke!, so remember stuff are fake products the two jackets i bought aint that bad
