Bought and paid for my order on 23 August, received notification that my order had been cancelled, but thereafter received an email informing me that it is in fact still being processed and not cancelled. Trying to log into my account on Snatcher was a nightmare, no password reset link sent so could not view order history. Days after sending an email to them I received a default password and logging in, just realized order is cancelled. No mention of refund at all and no reply. Calling them leaves one waiting for more than 30 minutes without any movement on the call queue. Obviously won't order from them again!
