Ordered and paid for an item on the 15th August 2021. Delivery estimate between 7-10 days. No communication since the order confirmation received. I had to follow up multiple times to find out that they don't have the item in stock (more than 10 days after payment was made). I opted for the EFT refund instead of credit, and was told that this should be processed between 7-9 days. Again, no communication forthcoming from the company. More than 10 days after being told that the refund is being processed! Stay away. I'll need to escalate this to retrieve my money that they've had in their bank accounts for the last 28 days already.
