I ordered an item on 13 September, recieved and confirmation e-mail, the status on my account stays the same though "Payment received order being processed" this was on 13 September no movement on the order, when i phoned them I was now told 21 days, very bad service and a complete lack of communication. They used to be good, but something happened and I can no longer recommend them, very bad service.
