I used to be a big fan of snatcher and have ordered multiple times from them but I can honestly say I have had the WORST WORST service from them in the past 2 months. I say 2 months because it has almost been 2 months with trying to sort this same order out. I placed an order with multiple items in August and was forgotten by snatcher. When I emailed to follow up, the order was then dispatched but when it was delivered an item had been left out. I called to inform them of this and was told the item was meant to have been shipped separately (utter lies) and that I would be recieving it in 3 days. I waited for over a week with no feedback and when I called to enquire I was told the product that I had paid for was no longer in stock (was in stock when I ordered it 3 weeks prior). I got told I could get credit for the item or replace it. I then had back and forth communication difficulties regarding replacing the item and then placed another order for a greater amount and paid in the difference. I had to then still be the one to follow up the order as it had not been processed on snatchers side. After the 5th call to them regarding the new order I was told all the items were in stock and that I would be recieving it shortly. I recieved the package today and guess what!!!!! Another item is missing.. presumed to be out of stock...even though I was assured all the items I had paid for were in fact in stock and I would DEFINITELY be recieving them. It's been 2 months of me patiently waiting and getting empty apologies but I am still sort an item!!!!! The fault has consistently been on snatchers side and they are not doing anything to fix it. I am awaiting feedback about the new missing item but dare not hold my breath for appropriate communication as I would die! I just want what I paid for!
