Do not ever buy from this company! I bought a lot of gifts from Snatcher for a charity Christmas event. They only delivered a portion of the order of which some of the delivered items were faulty. I am struggling for more than a month now to get the credit for the items they did not deliver. They also do not honor their commitment to collect the faulty items so I can get credit for those as well. Snatcher keep making promises and delivers nothing. They also hide behind the fact that you cannot phone them. Try the number on their website ... it just gives you a message that "due to the nature of their business they do not take calls!". I am a frequent online shopper for many years and never experienced disgusting service and dishonesty like this.
