I ordered a stainless steel dish rack and a led/uv lamp for Gel nails. Got the order more than a week later. The dish rack was aluminium, and of poor quality. The lamp was not the one I ordered and cost of it was half less, but I was billed the original. Complained and was refunded the difference for the lamp, but was told to return the dish rack at my own cost, and I would be charged handling costs of 25% of the, cost!. Yet they advertise free returns. Disgusting service.
