The worst service every.... Placed an order on 25 January. Received the order in three weeks. Order number as not completed. Sent pictures and details as per their request, sent additional parts of the baby's high chair but still not completed. Eventually they decided I need to return the chair which is what I did. They then advise that they cannot deliver on the compete product and I requested for a refund. That was 25 February and until today I'm awaiting the refund. So Incovenienced since my baby still doesn't have a chair and I am waiting for this money to buy a chair from Baby's R US. No communications whatsoever, they jjst quietly closed the order and changed it to fulfilled and said that I should get a rerund in 10 days from 25 February and today its been 30 days nothing... Very disappointed since it seems like their senior leader joined the conversations in one of the emails but no delivery of my refund even today 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
