I regret buying from them. I bought 3pc luggage set and when it was deliver only 1pc was in the box and it was the smallest suitcase. I then informed them immediately and they have been throwing me from pillar to post, even asked me if the bigger suitcases are not inside the small suitcase... how on earth? They investigated and then informed that it was a packaging error on their side they did pack all if them at once and they will not be able to delivery on within 3 days. I even offered to collect the other 2 pcs myself from their warehouse and NOP. I have since returned the goods for a full cash refund and I will not give up without a fight. I am still waiting.
