All colours of the shoe shelf are announced with the same picture. I placed my order based on what was advertised, only to find that the picture did not match the description. Instead of admitting that the image did not match the description, all they do is blame me. The seller's responsibility is to ensure that their listing is correct, not the buyer's. When I pointed out this fault to them, they ignored that there were errors on their website. Therefore, if you are shopping on their website, you must visit other merchants to see what the product looks like. They are not in the business of building customer loyalty. The worst online shopping experience to date.
