Service is pathetic. I am not happy with all the products. The headboard does not have assembling equipment and instruction. Just Headboard and legs 🥺😩. The other products were very small and of inferior quality. I will never recommend Snatcher to anyone. I complained to the sales rep but was not assisted. Customer service is bad.
