I placed an order and when I received the items, not only were the products a very old version the boxes were so torn that it was an embarrassment to send to anyone. I logged a request for return and was told there would be a 15% handing fee as there was nothing wrong with the product. I argued this point and was told the refund would take place. The items to be returned were collected on 3 June and I am still waiting for the refund.
I will never use Snatcher again. The experience has been unprofessional from start to finish
