I wish I trusted the reviews. Do NOT order from snatcher, unless you need zero customer service. They pretend to help but really all they doing is buying time. Customer service is not on their radar. What a terrible experience. I wanted to change one thing, before it even left there store, they said they cant because it was dispatched, the email I received was that they waiting for collection, not that it was collected. I can wait for the delivery... then return it at my own cost, just because no one wanted to actually walk to my box and take out 1 item. Really?????
