My complaint about Snatcher is as follows : For a simple refund its taking almost 3 weeks to appear in my cheque account Really this is ridiculous & frustrating for me to follow up after almost 10 emails. They keep on assuring me that the Refund would be done To date your promises are misleading me I really give up
