I bought a sweep-drag-all-in-one. The box the item was in, was open and there were dirty marks on the "broom". What a cheap product too! I immediately emailed Snatcher for a return and told them the box was open and about the dirty marks. It actually looked like it was used. I was told it came from the factory like that and I must see if the marks will come off when I wipe it with a cloth. I told them that I am no longer interested in this product. No reply to my emails after this. After 10 emails I was told to pay for the courier charges for returning the item and there's no guarantee I will be refunded the full amount. It's not the 1st time I buy from them. I am so disappointed in Snatcher that I no longer look at the emails. I will never buy from them again.
