I ordered a fairly expensive UHD monitor from them 17 July 2022. Then I read the reviews (wrong way around, I know) and was pretty apprehensive about the order. Have to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with them, DawnWing delivered my order today, 22 July 2022, in perfect condition. I am in an outlying area so would have received it sooner as it was dispatched on 20 July 2022. Snatcher kept me informed of progress with an initial phone call and several follow up emails. I have absolutely no complaints with their service...and the price was the lowest I could find online.
