Snatcher, I have never had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered 3 items and only 1 was received. I called Dawn Wing and they confirmed that Snatcher only gave one item. I have sent them around 5 emails asking for the balance of my order. 3 days ago I got an email asking what is missing and never heard from again. Terrible service!!!
