Ordered 4 items, only 3 came and have not received my refund. Used the split end hair trimmer once and it snapped in half. Such bad quality! Sent photos within days of receiving the item and it breaking and no one is responding to my e-mails. Send constant reminders and I get no responses from them! Shocking service!
