Their staff are so unhelpful and rude, their products don't work as described in the descriptions and when yiu would like to return it they make as if the customer is the problem instead of assisting you in order to return the item. They also say "FREE RETURNS" when actually they deduct 15% handling fee from your refund how insane is this. Especially when their products is faulty! Up your game.
